This 24 bed intimate and secure specialty unit was created to enhance the Quality of Life and Safety for individuals progressing through each phase of Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, and Cognitive Deficits. Call us, we’d love to tell you about our Gemstone Journey program. We are currently accepting referrals for this specialized unit.
Having trouble adapting at home or recovering from a sports injury? We offer Physical, Occupational, & Speech Therapies. Available for Short Term Rehab, Outpatient, and Long Term Care patients.
We offer a separate unit for your short term rehabilitation needs, with therapy offered six days per week.
