Meet the Administrator
Welcome to Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation, LLC. My name is Randy Sparks, and I serve as Executive Director. I am glad you are visiting our site to learn about the services and community we build here every day. Whether your stay is short-term or long-term, our team works to make each day comfortable, safe, and dignified. We take great pride in serving Riverside and the veterans who have served our country. Therapy Services
Recovering from surgery, illness, or injury? Our licensed therapists provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy for short-term rehab, outpatient, and long-term care residents.
VA Contracted Nursing Facility
We serve veterans through Department of Veterans Affairs contracts. Qualifying veterans may receive short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing care at our center.
Short Term Rehabilitation
Our dedicated rehabilitation unit offers therapy up to six days per week, with a focus on returning home safely and with confidence.

Sunshine Place
Sunshine Place provides specialized support for residents with memory disorders. When care needs exceed what is possible at home, our secure, staff-supported environment offers daily activities, meals, and personalized attention.
Serving our Veterans
Short term and Long Term care services
We are honored to serve veterans who have given so much to our country. Through contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs, qualifying veterans may receive short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing services at our center at no personal cost. While we are not a federally operated veterans home, our admissions team can help families understand eligibility, paperwork, and next steps.
